I am satisfied with the facilities, food, and cleanliness, but the location is a bit inconvenient because it is toward the old town.
If you want to exchange money or eat, you have to take a taxi. It costs about 20 reais.

Excellent hotel, but poor service. At breakfast you have to clean the table yourself to sit down and look for cutlery, there are not enough employees. Everything takes time. Not one day was I able to eat the tapioca or omelet I ordered, it certainly took more than 45 minutes and I gave up. Checking out today was an epic experience. Very slow reception!
The hotel structure is great, swimming pool and comfortable room!

Incredible appearance, cleanliness, rooms and breakfast. I just found it a little far from a lot of things. But it is very close to Bahia Marina and there are incredible restaurants there.

For example, at night the option of tapioca/crepioca with some simple filling and also coffee with milk could be available, as not everyone "dines".

Very good value for money, excellent breakfast with a lot of choice, good hotel bar with very reasonable prices. At the reception only two people speak English, so communication is not the easiest when you don't speak Portuguese.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience regarding Room service and Concierge. I made an order and sent a message to the Concierge who answered me 1h later and my order was delayed by almost 3h. I canceled and slept hungry. For a hotel of this category, a situation like this is unacceptable
