Inflexible and unhelpful. Accidentally booked an incorrect date due to making back-to-back reservations for the upcoming holiday. The property has been contacted several times by ******* and initially no-one picked up the phone and then still refused to move the one night reservation despite not being fully booked. As a result, they will get to keep the money for the original booking but will definitely not make the same money twice as well go elsewhere.

Lamentável o ocorrido. Fui bem recebido para o CHECK-IN, sendo alocado em uma boa suíte, entretanto as 17:30 faltou energia que perdurou a noite toda e um hotel desta categoria não dispõe de gerador próprio. Tive uma noite muito desconfortável. No dia seguinte a situação permanecia a mesma. Café da manhã muito tarde (7:00hs) e de má qualidade, poucas variedades e produtos "velhos". Parte do hotel em obras o que causa desconforto para refeições com acúmulo de poeiras (deveria ser avisado na reserva, pois sou alérgico). Solicitei reembolso ao gerente e o mesmo autorizou e me desloquei para outra propriedade (o reembolso ainda estou discutindo com a **********.). Cabe ressaltar que os funcionário não têm culpa e são atenciosos, exceto os da cozinha. Péssima experiência!!

Um hotel ok, indicado para poucos dias. A localização é boa, a noite deve-se tomar um pouco de cuidado para sair no bairro apenas. Funcionários poderiam ser mais simpáticos. Quartos precisam de uma manutenção, os móveis já estão bastante desgastados. O café da manhã é razoável, falta uma variedade maior de pães, frios e doces, tem apenas o básico. Café da manhã péssimo, pães velhos, frutas estranhas e frios (queijo e presunto) com cheiro de estragado... Ao acordar a vontade de tomar café era zero. O serviço de quarto não varre, não troca toalhas e não repõe papel higiênico, sabonete.. A noite nem pense em sair do hotel, lugar perigoso.. Mal localizado, só fica na praia de Itapuã, mas o resto tudo longe.. Não volto mais e me sinto totalmente insatisfeita. Único ponto positivo: Funcionário João o mais acolhedor e cordial, disponível em dicas e orientações sobre a cidade, transporte e etc.

Algumas coisas faltam , tipo assim : nao tinha um telefone no quarto , o frogobar vazio, nao tinha nem uma cadeira no quarto pra sentar . E um fato que aconteceu muito desagradáve : um andaime com uma pessoa trabalhando na janela do banheiro .
