Ondinha Apart hotel - Oh my word, where to begin. To call it dated would be an understatement, from the threadbare towels and bedsheets to the literal hole to the outside world by our non-functioning air conditioner. The room was filthy, with a child's drawings on the wall and stained pillows and sheets. When we complained about the again, HOLE IN THE WALL (we were on the sixth floor) and lack of air-conditioning, the staff fobbed us off onto some customer service number. When we rang them, they told us to cancel the reservation if we didn't like it, losing what we had already paid. Thankfully, *********** managed to get them to give us a full refund and we rebooked elsewhere. We received a call within 10 minutes of this from the front desk demanding we check out of the room immediately. I'm not one to write reviews, but this was spectacularly awful.

Reservamos dois apartamentos na viagem. Um estava arrumado e com eletrodomésticos, etc. O outro estava parecendo um apartamento abandonado, com mofo na parede, com os ar condicionados que não gelavam, com parede rachada, sem os eletrodomésticos e utensílios básicos de cozinha, resumindo: PÉSSIMO. Muito difícil você alugar um espaço que não sabe realmente como vai ser o ap, pois as fotos que vimos no booking era de um ap x, não era idêntico com nenhum dos que alugamos. Foi decepcionante, frustrante.

Inacreditável que o OPH disponibilize um apto para alugar, nas péssimas condições de uso. Paredes mofadas, cheiro ruim muito forte no banheiro, interruptores de lâmpadas quebrados com risco de choque,cheiro de mofo insuportável. Isso tudo no 926 onde estamos hospedados.

Résidence qui vieillit mal , services assez déplorables, comme le restaurant. Pres peu de facilites sur place. Appartements equipés du minimum , bref il y un bon lifting à faire. Les services sont de moins en moins performants à SSA .

Local é ótimo, piscina é linda! Confortável! A localização é boa para quem quer ficar mais perto da barra! Fui bem atendida pela recepcionista, o hotel é limpo e organizado, bem climatizado e com uma vista perfeita!
