What an amazing hotel!!! Perfect location to explore Saltzburg. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more friendly. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river which was incredibly clean and very comfortable. There was an incredible number of options available at breakfast ,which could be eaten overlooking the river and mountains which was perfect before a day of sight seeing. We had a wonderful 48hrs in Saltzburg,thanks to this great hotel and its staff and would definitely highly recommend it

Conveniently located in the Old Town with easy access to major attractions. The staff were friendly and kind. The room was big, with an entrance area, a bedroom and a large toilet with a bathtub and two sinks. Perhaps there could be more seats or a sitting area in the room. Will definitely stay here again if I were to visit Salzburg again.

Great hotel in a strategic location, back door leading directly to the market square. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a nice view while having breakfast which was a wonderful spread. Will highly recommend this hotel for stay in Salzburg!!

Nice hotel right at the centre with easy access to public transport.

I was given an attic room, which was very bad. There were two invisible small steps in the room that I always tripped over. The roof at the head of the bed was an inverted triangle. I always bumped into each other countless times when I got up and prepared to rest! The location of the hotel is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing!

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to all attractions. Just outside the main entrance is Liangliang Hutong. See the picture for parking instructions for self-driving hotels. The hotel room is very small and it is inconvenient to walk with two big boxes. Because it is an old house, I always feel that the ground is sloping. I feel dizzy...

The back door leads directly to the old street and is very close to the Castle Tram Station, but parking is inconvenient and you have to drive a long way. In addition, this is probably the smallest Radisson Blu I have ever seen. I drove around three times before I found it. The breakfast is pretty good. Overall, it is worth recommending! The suite for one person is considered large in European hotels.

It has a superior geographical location and is right in the scenic area. The hotel service team is excellent and makes you feel at home. There is piano music in the evening. It is an elegant hotel.

Price-performance ratio is ok, depending on which room you get assigned. The cleaning staff of the room still has a lot of room for improvement. The breakfast staff tries hard but could be trained better. The reception staff is great. The bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and bathrobes are of very good quality. The equipment of the rooms is very good. Unfortunately there is no wellness area. Parking is a problem and there is no cooperation with a parking garage. The breakfast buffet is very generous and I had one of my favorite tomato omelets - it was perfect!

The facilities of this hotel are relatively retro, the Wi-Fi signal is sometimes not so abundant, the hygiene is very good, the hotel environment is generally okay, avoid the room downstairs is the bar, it is very noisy in the middle of the night, the service attitude I'm really bad, I judge people by their appearance, and I'm very frivolous

The property is very centrally located and one can just walk to most attractions but it is very old and has a very dated look. Rooms are clean and spacious! Furniture needs updation and the bathrooms need upgrades. Staff is courteous and pleasant. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant and courteous. Our room had to be changed as the airconditioner was not working but the next one was not great either and kept making a loud noise at night which was disturbing. Infrastructure needs upgradation. We had one meal at their restaurant which was good. Overall a good experience and if they improve their rooms it will be the best place to stay.

Spacious room. Great location. Walkable to everywhere including Salzburg Festival venues. Room with a view of the river. Don’t worry if you have to go through the courtyard with steps- the staff will help you ASAP with your luggage. A staff member even got me an ice cream late at night when the stores are closing. Thank you for making my stay in Salzburg so memorable!

Lovely hotel!!! Great location, great staff, great rooms, and very clean! We are a family of 5 and had 3 rooms. All of the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was wonderful! So nice to sit with a view of the river during breakfast. Everyone working in the breakfast room was cheerful and happy to help with anything. Same with the front desk and housekeeping! We will definitely stay here again if traveling to Salzburg.

My husband and I stayed here in a one bedroom suite in June, and it was lovely! The buildings are very old, but they are elegant and cool even in extremely warm weather. The AC was greatly appreciated as we didn’t have it at another rented suite in a different town during our trip when the temps were above 90° F. The suite itself had everything we needed and more. We paid for parking which went very smoothly (finding Salzburg parking nearby and pulling luggage to the hotel didn’t seem worth the trouble.) Check in was quick and easy, but our suite was actually up some steps, through a beautiful courtyard, and then up in the elevator with the very kind luggage porter. The only problem with that was getting the luggage up and down which was unexpected, but the porter took care of everything. This hotel really is fantastic! The suite was spacious, clean, and quiet, the sheets were soft, there was a lot of room for clothing in the huge, beautiful wardrobes, and the bathroom was enormous with a separate toilet room. We had so much space. One of us could be up in the sitting room watching TV while the other was sleeping in the very comfortable bed down the hall and not hear the noise. The hotel is central to everything, and we could walk to restaurants, the fortress funicular, the churches, the river, and tons of shops. The front desk even lent us an umbrella on a rainy night when we needed to walk to a concert in the fortress. For being such old buildings, this hotel really felt luxurious and classic with a modern touch. Everyone was very kind and helpful too. Staying here was the perfect choice for us, and we’ll definitely come back! Thanks for a great visit!
