Bloberger Hof

The place is amazing. Large rooms, easy parking, excellent towels, great shower, comfy bed. Spotless clean and organized. Amazing breakfast. Friendly and smiley service.

Firstly sorry that the review is very late as our stay was in October. You will see many 5 star reviews and I agree with all of them. You would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay while in Salzburg. It is clean, the food is excellent and it is a peaceful oasis with easy regular bus access to the city. The proprietors and staff are all very professional and friendly, as an example it was my birthday while staying at the Bloberger Hof. It hadn’t been mentioned to them, but they noticed it from my birth date entered on the form you need to complete for the free bus pass. We had our evening meal that day at the hotel and after it, I was presented with a cake and sparkler type candle on it. It was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The only small thing that would be very useful for guest arriving by plane or train, would be to make it clearer on their website that they can I believe issue the bus pass in advance of arrival. It only saves you a few Euros, but it would make getting the bus to the hotel from the airport a bit less stressful ,as you would not need to try and work out how the ticket machine at the bus stop works. 🤣 Book this hotel, you will not be disappointed. We hope to return.

Everything was wonderful. Clean. Quiet. Welcoming. We will return. We did not have the occasion to visit the restaurant for dinner this time, but it smelled heavenly. Highly recommend.

We have now stayed at Bloberger Hof 3 times and have never been disappointed. A beautiful , impeccably clean establishment always upgrading their offerings. They have expanded their breakfast service since our last visit and it is outstanding. They now have a pool and spa area (we did not partake of that) and their evening dinner offerings are excellent. Extremely helpful, gracious hospitality from all the staff. Happy to offer laundry services, call taxis and offer other information if needed. On the outskirts of the city of Salzburg with convenient public transportation and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Beautiful quaint and quiet with gorgeous views from the balconies. Outside dining when the weather cooperates. Wunderbar!!!

Great place for a weekend trip. Nice mom and pop inn with a great breakfast. Very quiet and relaxing, we slept great both nights of our stay!

We stayed two nights and loved everything about this family-run hotel. The breakfast buffet was spectacular, the room was clean and comfortable, and the grounds are beautiful. Conveniently located on the 21 bus line, we were able to get to and from town very easily. The staff is friendly and helpful - answered all our questions and even did a load of laundry for us. I would happily return to this hotel in the future!

Charming family run hotel. We loved our stay in this country inn. It’s a quick bus ride to Salzburg old town bur feels miles away. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We had dinner one night and that was also delicious

Extraordinary in every capacity. The place, food, services and staff was unique. We didn't feel like in a hotel, we felt like home.

Great location, big rooms, very clean, rustic decoration, owners are lovely, beautiful outdoor area, quiet area close to mountains, good breakfast, easy and free transportation to city center, pool available, they have very beautiful cattle :)
