Beautiful villa with pool. Food in room service and breakfast is not tasty

This is a ill maintain 5 star luxury facility, the room is roomy but lack the refinement and options (Twin beds) of a 5 star luxury villa, the blanket cover is torn, the repainting of the wall is terrible, it shows signs of careless maintenance everywhere, the breafast selections are below normal 5 star standard (more like a 4 star). It's far from other facilities, no sandy beach at this facility, however if you're a couple looking for a quiet villa , it's a good choice.

The room with a private pool and sea view was incredibly beautiful! Everything was clean, and we could also use the facilities of the main building. Everything was lovely, and the service was very good and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, but we didn't enjoy the dinner much, so we preferred to eat out in town. The burger at the hotel restaurant wasn't very tasty, but the food in town was great. It was also the off-season, and almost nothing was going on. Maybe the food is better when it's busy. The massage at the spa was superb! We booked it again right away. There isn't really a beach, just a wall with stairs through the rocks, but it was also nice just to hear the sea. The transport from Hanoi airport takes a long time, but the value for money was really very good.

Visited during a low season, hotels was very close to empty, which I liked. Villa and pool were excellent.

Nice and quiet place for family holidays, the beach is ok, but the sea is muddy.

It was a terrible trip to this resort. Service, attitude of all stuff are not friendly, they made us feel totally dissapointed about this trip. When we complain about their cleaness of swimming Pool, their staff is too slow to solve problem, when they come, they dont really feel sorry and want to solve it. Equiment is so old now, long time no repaint different wall. Too much want to say but its so bad.

Value for price. Swimming pool seems not really managed for water quality.
