Excellent hotel in the heart of Samarkand. Very clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of local and international food. Great value for money. I would happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I loved everything about it—from the comfortable rooms to the excellent service. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The overall experience at EmirHan Hotel in Samarkand was below expectations. Room cleanliness was very poor, and the bathroom ceiling had leaks, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, breakfast was above average with a decent variety, and the outdoor pool offered a good place to relax. However, considering the issues with maintenance and hygiene, there are definitely better options available in this price range in Samarkand.

The hotel was fine, I was disappointed by how long it took to check in having arrived at 12:15am nobody at the desk and they were asleep out the back and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in. The breakfast was good and it’s not too far to the old town. They did help me organise a taxi to get to the train station.

one of the best hotel in samarkand, they might be old but oldies but goldie. you can feel the culture with this hotel, and the staff here are amazing from receptionist to everyone serving food at the buffet, love the ambiance and hospitality. and btw you can get 15percent discount with emirhan restaurant if you are staying at this hotel. will be back here for sure. thanks again.

Excellent service, friendly staff, helpful with all questions. The interior is beautiful, there's a cozy courtyard with two white rabbits running around. There's a pool, and the water is cool. I really liked everything.

The hotel's biggest advantage is its lovely courtyard on the first floor, which features a beautifully landscaped café. However, the atmosphere changes drastically when you go up to the guest rooms; it's very old and has many unsanitary corners. The biggest problem is the large mirror directly above the bed, which I found unbearable. Service and convenience are generally good; the main issues are the decor and cleanliness.

A very beautiful hotel in a traditional style. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. The staff is friendly, and everyone speaks Russian. There are good cafes nearby where you can get a delicious meal. The Registan is a 20-minute walk away, and the Siab Bazaar is the same distance. The breakfasts are decent. We'd probably stay here again next time.

The website's header image was awful; the strange color scheme almost ruined my booking! Actually, it's a very charming and thoughtfully designed hotel with lots of small decorative details. It's very clean and tidy, and the little courtyard outside the restaurant is adorable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that it's not very close to the various attractions, but taxis are cheap in Uzbekistan, so this is negligible. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient. You must try the fried chicken at "Chicken Express" across the street!

This hotel had wonderful staff service. The staff were all young, and I felt they communicated well with each other. When I asked the front desk about not being able to charge my smartphone because the power outlets didn't fit, they kindly lent me a charger that seemed to belong to another staff member. Also, when I asked if I could buy bottled water when I left my luggage before check-in, they gave me the hotel's water for free. In an unfamiliar place, the time I spent at the hotel was the only time I could truly relax. I would like to return to Samarkand. When I do, I would like to stay at this hotel again. There is another hotel with the same name located about 1km away, and Yandex shows that one.
