A true Hilton experience. The rooms are clean, convenient, and comfortable. The staff is polite. The elevators work perfectly. The breakfasts are a bit meager, which is unusual for this hotel chain. For fruits, they only had apples, bananas, sliced oranges, and kiwi. Despite it being berry season, there were no berries at breakfast. Downstairs, there's a spa center with a pool and sauna. Bathrobes and towels are readily available at the spa. In the morning, they found us at breakfast and wished my husband a happy birthday, even treating him to a delicious cheesecake. The only upside for me, and a downside for my husband, is that the hotel doesn't serve any alcohol at all. But there's an alcohol store not far away, so the celebration was still a success.

We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel.

The room facilities were quite good; it had everything one would need. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I was glad to find the bathroom very clean. Both breakfast and room service were delicious. Although the ingredients were simple, the taste was genuinely good, and the breakfast ingredients were all fresh. This led us to choose to have dinner at the hotel too, but to my surprise, the dinner was a disaster. The last three pictures are of the hotel dinner; I had asparagus and steak that made me question life choices. The chef's skill is actually decent, but they really messed up with these non-local ingredients. I'd still choose to stay at this hotel next time, but I definitely won't be eating at the restaurant again.

The hotel is very new and convenient access to the train station and all major tourist attractions. Room is clean and well organised. The staffs are all extremely helpful and friendly. They are quick to help and always smiling. Definitely recommend the stay for people coming to Samarkand.

The location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip. The front desk service varies quite a bit. When I checked in, there were two male staff members who were rather indifferent. At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful. However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member.

We had a lovely stay here with amazing staff including Asadbek and Sevinch. They even reached out to me via text to check on our stay. They were proactive and always ready to help whenever we required assistance. I would recommend anyone who visits Samarkand to stay at this property as you will definitely not regret it.

The room was really large - not sure whether it was because I had accidentally booked an accessible room. Check in was smooth and Vazira at the reception ensured that I could check in a little earlier.

The rooms and amnesties were great! however, the hotel changed our booking to different room types without notifying us. Although we were happy with the new rooms, it seemed that their computer system also did not record the change properly. it took extra long for the staff to find our booking and check in.

Good room. Spacious, and good facilities, as well as comfortable bed. The house keeping did not perform room cleaning until I had to request it.

We got upgraded to a bigger room but they put us at the wheelchair bathroom. The floor was wet bcz no barrier to stop the water. U need car to go around & 15mnts to train station but 10mnts to the airport
