We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

Service was amazing - they let us check-in very early for free. Staff was incredibly friendly. Great ice cream in the lobby.

This hotel is amazing! This is my favorite hotel on this trip. The swimming pool is nice. The restaurant on the first floor is also nice. There is also ice cream. I am not used to the food in Uzbekistan. I eat pasta, pizza and salad in the restaurant every day. It is so cool. The room is very comfortable. It is also convenient to take a taxi. Highly recommended

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is a little far from the old town and the new town. It's not too far by taxi, but it's not within walking distance.

Hilton Garden Inn is very good. There is a young man at the front desk who is very enthusiastic and speaks very good Chinese. He not only helped us with our luggage but also accompanied us to wait for the bus and introduced us to the hotel. He is very nice. The hotel environment is elegant. The location is 3 kilometers away from the core scenic area, and it is convenient to take a taxi.

I liked the hotel very much. It is not located very close to the main attractions of Samarkand. Although, given the prices for taxis, this is not significant. The amenities are a plus - self-service laundry, free washing and drying. You just need to have capsules. The biggest plus of the hotel is the staff, their reverent attitude towards all guests.
