I stayed 1 night at this hotel, as part of a business trip. It was very peaceful and scenic. The room as spacious, the bed was comfortable, the staff was cordial. Breakfast was well stocked with a good variety of charcuterie, pastries, the usual eggs, bacon and sausage. The hotel is situated on top of a mountain that makes the views stunning. Big fireplace in the lounge area is very welcoming. I do agree the hotel needs some maintenance in the rooms, as there is some wear and there.

The hotel facilities seem quite nice, just lack of service staff. However the room we were assigned on the 1st floor does not have Wifi. The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. We made the reservation on Orbitz and prepaid the total amount on June 9th (~a month prior). When we check out, the reception lady asks us to pay again. We showed her Orbitz confirmation email and our credit card statement showing the charge but she insists that room was not paid. She doesn’t speak or understand any English and didn’t understand email in English either. Unfortunately no any other staff was around to help. We wasted at least half an hour and were behind our schedule. We travel 4 months each year and this is the first time that we encountered such a nightmare. Either Orbitz messed up or the hotel’s system did. Anyway, I hope this will never happen again!

An amazing Spa hotel in a very quite secluded location, in an elevated position with a fantastic outside pool and an inside pool with jacuzzi , sauna and steam rooms. We stayed for just one night and our evening meal was very good , as was breakfast . The staff were very attentive and helpful . We would definitely recommend and return again .

Hotel with a lot of potential, but they don't know how to take advantage of it. Since it is a hotel on the top of the mountain, it is quite windy, which makes it impossible to take advantage of the outdoor pool … the hotel should find a way to solve this problem so that people can enjoy the outside. It is a hotel with a spa, however for them the spa is just an indoor heated pool with jets since to enjoy the Turkish bath and sauna you have to pay 10€ per person … It was the first time that I was asked for something similar in a hotel with spa… Not everything was bad, as the hotel has incredible views and the breakfast is also good.

Ficamos super desiludidos. Pagamos por um upgrade de quarto mas o quarto é que necessitava de um upgrade. A água do banho saía por baixo do polibã, nem uma água de cortesia no quarto, o quarto possuía varanda mas nem mobília exterior tinha. A água no spa principalmente no jacuzzi era fria e de todo isso proporciona uma boa experiência. O hotel apesar do seu bonito exterior , encontra se ao abandono, sem cuidado ou limpeza , tendo mesmo janelas partidas.

Eu só fui ao restaurante, e acho que nem bom nem razoável, entre esses dois, pois o atendimento é bom mas não dos melhores, a comida é boa não aconselho pedir a vitela mas o javali é muito bom, ainda vou comer a sobremesa por isso não vou falar dela

Muitobem localizado, com vistas fabulosas y umas piscinas exterior espectaculares. Sauna, piscina interior e todos os quartos com vistas sobre a paisagem. Restaurante agradável e menu adequado à localização e a trás dos montes. Apenas se nota algum descuido na manutenção das instalações, em pequenos detalhes sem peso e que podem causar incómodo.

O hotel precisa de uma gerência mais dedicada , foi uma desilusão, já à algum tempo que queríamos muito experimentar este hotel e foi uma desilusão, ainda ponderamos vir embora no dia em que chegamos mas demos o benefício da dúvida o que, acabou por se tornar um fim de semana não muito agradável . Péssima higiene, tomamos banho de chinelos ,pequeno pobre … não digno de um hotel titulado de 4 estrelas ,falta de manutenção em todo o lado ,televisão limitada a 7 canais … rompões velhos com vestígios de cabelos, má apresentação dos quartos , entre outras coisas
