The room is big and clean. Counter service is good and friendly. Near Pakuwon mall which is one of the biggest in Surubaya and save time travelling to other malls.

Our trip to Bromo and Ijen started from Surabaya. Ascott has a great location just beside the Pakuwan Mall, and the people are super friendly during check in and out, and during our stay, they were very helpful to provide anything we need. The service apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel with full amenities, clean and comfortable apartment style rooms. And another thing is that hope that hotel can provide salt and pepper inside the kitchen for some additional condiments. Other than that, everythings perfect.

房間的面積挺大的，且樓層較高，視野開闊。設備也比較完善。唯一就是布草略微有些陳舊。服務態度也很好，整體體驗很不錯。但是打掃衞生的過程有些不合理，先清理廁所馬桶，且沒有戴手套，再拿毛巾、被子，有些不適。
