Little luxury hotel hidden away on the east end of Switzerland. Spectacular views all around. There is ski slope right beside the hotel for those who love to ski Service is good Multiple restaurants in the hotel. The food was really tasty. Breakfast, tea time & fiber was provided. Upgraded us to a suite. Lucky us. The interior of the room itself is beautiful & comfortable. Need more nights there to just relax & chill. The spa area is beautiful & the massage treatment was top notch.

We had a wonderful time at Chasa Montana. Daniel and his team made everything perfect - we called Daniel the hardest working man in Switzerland! We spent most days hiking in the mountains, with many trails accessible right from the hotel. The trails are well marked and maintained, with a very useful trail map. Each day after breakfast we would pack a picnic lunch to take along on our hikes, which was very helpful indeed. The Alps scenery can't be beat, especially with all the wildflowers this time of year. For dinner, the food and wine were great - every night Daniel would help us pick a wine and tell us a story about the winery and winemakers he suggested. Shout-out to Jorge in the Natioli Bar for his excellent work, and Hannah and all the waitstaff and reception staff for the most friendly and helpful service. In five days in the Samnaun region we didn't see any other Americans - it is definitely off the beaten path for the American crowd, but we enjoyed meeting so many Swiss and Austrian people. We also took a quick day trip to northern Italy which was just 45 minutes away. To get to Chasa Montana, we flew into and spent a day in Munich. The next day we drove to Schloss Neuschwanstein to spend a few hours, and then drove to Chasa Montana which made for a full day but very do-able. Thanks for an excellent week in the Alps, team Chasa Montana!

We have not been to the hotel for many years and the first time, since it is rebuild to a 5 star hotel. It was very nice also before, but now it is just perfect. Rooms (we had the Turmsuite, it was the best room for us since long time), hospitality, cleanness, food quality, service, welllness, etc.... everything just perfect.

My wife and I have travelled extensively around the world and across Europe. We have rarely been so positively surprised by a hotel in Europe—it is not often that every single employee genuinely seems happy, helpful, and engaged. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed at reception, to the restaurant with delicious food and an exceptional wine selection, and the spa facilities, everything exceeded our expectations. We booked a couples’ massage, and without doubt it was the best hotel massage we have ever had - our previous benchmark was the Four Seasons Resort in Bali. The hotel is not a true ski-in/ski-out property, but even that is handled seamlessly through the excellent shuttle service directly to the ski gondola entrance. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Please do not change - we hope to meet the same kind and positive staff the next time we visit. With love from Denmark.

Very clean and high quality hotel, staff is very friendly. Food is quite good, we mostly dined at La Miranda. I'd say that half board is worth it. Free e-bikes are great. That's said, staff is quite unprofessional and doesn't fit the "Luxury hotel" description. Multiple cases that something was forgotten (water ordered to the room, car parked) or mistaken (wrong order at breakfast multiple times). Also seems there is little to no communication between staff members, despite low number of guests (which should make it a bit easier to remember who is who). Also "included dinner" and "afternoon snacks" doesn't include anything to drink, not even water. While it's not expensive (I think 11 CHF for water), it's a bit disappointing and discouraged me from exploring other options.

Our stay at Chasa Montana in Samnaun was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, who went out of their way to make our family feel at home. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is wonderfully harmonious, creating an immediate sense of relaxation and well-being. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered every comfort we could wish for, reflecting the same elegant and tasteful design that characterizes the entire hotel. Every corner is thoughtfully arranged, combining alpine charm with modern luxury in a truly inspiring way. The culinary experience was outstanding — every meal was a delight, with a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious dishes that pleased both adults and children alike. Our kids especially loved the fantastic pool area and the engaging kids club activities, which gave them countless moments of joy and adventure. The convenient ski shuttle service made getting to the slopes effortless, allowing us to fully enjoy the breathtaking ski area without any stress. Every detail, from the impeccable service to the cozy and beautifully designed spaces, made our stay a perfect family holiday. We created beautiful memories and are already looking forward to returning to Chasa Montana, it truly is a gem in the mountains!
