Staff was super friendly in making sure we got a nice room to fit our needs and again several hours after check out when we realized we had left our laptop behind they made sure we got reunited with it in a timely manner.

This place is old and run down. The staff was barely ever present. The food is awful. Parking is outrageously expensive. The plugs didn’t work in the room. The room was dirty and run down. It should be shut down and overhauled.

Your staff was amazing and so friendly! Rudy at the front desk was welcoming and just a great introduction to a fantastic stay at your hotel! Monica, Kelly, and Andre at the Oro kept us entertained Saturday night. They were so friendly and the food was delicious!! Monica at the bar makes the best drinks EVER! The hotel was clean with the best views! But your staff is DEFINITELY the reason I will be booking another stay! Thank you ask for an amazing birthday weekend!

The location is the best part of this property and the only reason to stay here for the price. The staff is very friendly but for what they charge, there are much nicer options not too far away. The rooms we were in were in desperate need of an upgrade, as well as the plumbing.

Spacious, clean room with all necessities. Nice public spaces in the lobby and restaurant area. I’d stay here again.

Oddly enough didn’t know this hotel was ******* until some lady told us about it in the elevator. We stayed two nights and on night two after midnight, our room phone began to ring. Upon answering the line, it stayed silent before hanging up.

The Hotel was beautiful and the rooms were super clean. My only complaint was the lack of amenities. No free breakfast and the pool was closed.
