Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, hygiene, location, facilities, service, etc. Proximity to the River Walk is unparalleled as it is less than a 10min walking distance.

It's an old registered landmark and very interesting history.
What i didn't like, was that theres only one elevator and half the time we were there it was broken and we were on the 5th floor

This hotel had only one handicap parking space. The bed was too high if you have back problems while the sofa was very low. The parking was around the block. This hotel was not handicap friendly and I won’t be staying here ever again.

Not as close to things we wanted to do sheet had hole in it. If you'd fix the bathroom fan, the ceiling wouldn't be peeling

I called before I booked it to make sure they had a working fitness center and I was told that they had one treadmill and one exercise bike which was true except for the treadmill was not working and had a sign on it saying it was out of order. I was told that the breakfast was 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and at 9:30 the extremely rude lady doing the breakfast took all of the food away and locked everything up. When I went and talked to the man who checked me in and told me the time was until 10:00 he said it was his mistake but they did absolutely nothing to fix it. And to make matters even worse after I went up to the room to retrieve my suitcase and belongings I came back downstairs to check out and they had actually let another family eat breakfast. I'm guessing it was because of my race which is quite unfortunate. I am a platinum choice member and usually have a good experience so on to the next. Location was great. Parking was a bit difficult but convenient location.
