Not good!! Arrived at 4:00 and have to wait until 5:00 to receive the room. Very bad AC system! — for breakfast is useless nothing to eat. Super limited stuff. Parking costs 50$ a night which is ridiculous. Very old furniture and not comfy at all.

Breakfast was fine. Hot food, coffee and some good fruit choices. Plenty of seating. It was crowded but staff was fast and friendly

Breakfast and omelettes made by Noe were a highlight. The housekeeping was lacking our room wasn’t very clean. Furniture was dirty, windows dirty. The floors were not vacuumed. Strong musty smell in room. And the HVAC fan constantly runs and is external loud. Had to turn air off to sleep. Not good when it is warm weather. The beds are not comfortable. Front desk at check out was not friendly and rude when I asked for a receipt. For the price point and compared to other Embassy Suites this hotel is below average. I won’t stay again when we return to San Antonio River Walk.

Very clean and inviting from the lobby to our room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with a special thanks to Vanessa who was very helpful in helping us stay for some extra time since. Our flight was delayed. Definitely four star quality maybe even a five because of the staff. Also, the staff in charge of keeping the included breakfast tidy and well supplied as well as the clean up were five star in service. They seemed sincere in providing stellar service and were very kind.
