It's got nothing to do with the property itself, but the area around it. That part of the Riverwalk is run down and dirty, I don't know if it will be remodeled but it's very sad to look at. I was here in the Riverwalk prime days and it was beautiful full of life and people now this part of it it's just sad to look at.

Not sure what hotel thinks it's a good idea to do construction INSIDE THE HOTEL starting at 7AM on a weekend. And then continuing throughout the day until 6PM.
Wanna sleep in? Not here!
Let's not forget how they don't tell you they only have valet so either find a parking garage or pay their $50 valet fee so they can park a car in an open lot.
Who doesn't love a car that you give to valet freshly cleaned and then comes back covered in bird crap!
The inside of the room was very clean and nice though.

I enjoyed my stay here, service was great starting with the valet, check in was a breeze and our whole stay was great; our room was clean and well equipped everything worked fine, the breakfast was exquisite I have no complaints.
I also like the location, next to the Riverwalk a short walking distance to the busy restaurant so our room was super quiet.
I would definitely stay here again when I go back to San Antonio especially since it’s affordable.

Hotel is old and in disrepair. Shower was broken and insanely loud. Room was large but other than that not well maintained.

The staff was friendly but room itself was not satisfactory. There was an old sock and sandal left in the room in pretty visible areas. The restroom also smelled like sewage. Also, online they have 2 options for parking which is valet or self park with a /- $10 difference, when we arrived the inky option was to pay for their valet or park nearby on the street. Definitely the most disappointing stay at a Hilton hotel.

I wanted to love it, but I didn't. I'll start with the positive part: great location, everything is in a walkable distante, suites are spacious and well equipped. What I didn't like was mostly the service, everyone is kind but we requested towels and blankets twice and my husband had to go to the front desk to get them, also the housekeepers only go by request, so if you forget to call front desk they won't go to your room. I know some hotels do that, but personally I don't like it. We had to take our trash out because we missed our window time. Other thing I didn't like was the sofa bed. It's absolutely uncomfortable :( Good thing is that they're renovating the hotel. Breakfast has limited options. It is less expensive than other hotels around, but in overall I was expecting more. In overall was a ok stay, but I'm I'd come back to the same hotel.

The carpet, bed, and main things felt very clean and nice. You can tell it is not deep cleaned as often as it should. But great stay and clean enough to come back. Right on the river walk & continent location. 20ish minute walk to the Alamodome

The location of the hotel is great, suite is on for table but very outdated, the hotel overall needs a lot of updating. But the price we paid was adequate for the hotel we got.

Check in time was suppose to be 4pm. After driving 4:30 hours we ended up getting there at 450p. Was told the room was not ready and had to wait an additional 20 mins. I was tired and so were my 3 kids and wife. I really just wanted to rest before dinner.
Just to add to experience the room did not have coffee drinks or snacks. Needless to say this is the last time I will be staying here.
