Everything was great rooms were clean and beautiful. The staff was perfect. Only issue was I booked 2 double bed rooms but I was given 3 king rooms. Was not the hotels fault. Trip.com messed up on that.

Great rooms. Room service slow and some days I could not get my room cleaned on time. Good breakfast and friendly staff. An additional not good point of the hotel is check in at 4 pm, unless you pay a rate to check at 2 or 3 pm, even though your room may be ready for you

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of San Antonio! From the moment you step into the lobby, you’re greeted with an atmosphere of sophistication and warmth. The room, a harmonious fusion of modern design and timeless elegance, offers every comfort imaginable. The garden area is beautiful, lush with tropical plants, it smells like jasmine everywhere and it is amazing. Overall, this hotel is exactly what San Antonio was missing—a perfect balance of history and modernity that appeals to travelers of all tastes. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I wanted to give a special shout out to Israel Munoz for making my stay truly special!

The food, drinks and atmosphere was amazing and our server Massi was so nice and kind. He helped pick out the perfect drink to pair with our food ! We will absolutely be back! Go check it out! It’s a San Antonio must! Thank you for the amazing time.

The hotel is completely renovated and beautiful. The location is very convenient. They have the most amazing concierge, Laura Ortiz, that was so helpful. The only downside is that a train is located very close to the hotel and it sounds it's whistle all night long. The first night we got no sleep. We switched to a room on the backside of the hotel and the whistle noise was tolerable.

I stay at Marriotts all over the country , sadly I stay in them more then I do my own house. Plaza San Antonio is by far my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Right when you walk in I was greeted by Mina at the front desk. They are professional, friendly and make you feel like you’re at home. When your staying away from home you want to be treated like your welcomed and from the front desk to the food to the room service it’s all top tier . I have stayed a total of 2 weeks there this year and I will definitely be staying more. Everyone needs to give this hotel a shot , I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I received the best service at the bar from Emily, Jason and Craig! Definitely pay them a visit if you go and request the Boulevardier and for the dessert get the Peanut butter Oreo pie. Came for the awesome vibes but left with a new favorite drink!

Good drinks, good company, and we loved the venue. We were there for happy hour and the service was excellent Craig really made the evening worthwhile. We want to recommend the is place to anyone looking for a chill spot to drink and socialize. Thanks for a great evening!
