Advantages: The location is very convenient, and the self-paid parking opposite the hotel costs 10 dollars a day, which is cheap and easy to use. The restrooms are clean.
Disadvantages: The decoration of the room is a bit old, and the bathroom is small. I saw on Ctrip that there is an indoor swimming pool, but there is no such thing. The air conditioner is very old and turned on at night, like a tractor! Not sure if all rooms are like this or just us. I feel that newer hotels can be found for the same price.
I especially commend Ctrip's service. When I went to eat in the morning, I found that the hotel did not synchronize my order, and the room did not include breakfast. At that time, it was already 10 p.m. domestic time, and the Ctrip staff quickly found out the problem and helped us solve it.

It was a very nice old beautiful well maintained building. I'm sure there was some sort of historical background. Hotel rooms were like new resort rooms.

I liked the Valet guys. They were great. My husband checked in so I can’t speK to that. Our room was in the older area of this once grand hotel & was so much smaller than what we expected. King size bed looked so inviting. It was miserable. Neithe one of slept much. Very uncomfortable & needs replacing. It was old. Furniture is nice & well-kept. Bathroom? Dangerously tiny. First trip in, my husband hit his head on the corner of the towel rack. Toilet is literally stuffed in between tub & wall. Vanity fixtures need replacing. Very old & cold water faucet was not okay. Vanity needs some shelving or at least some hooks to hang things. The room was clean & that’s important. We do not feel our room was the price we paid for it. A disappointing stay to say the least. The MOH cafe was a bust at 9 pm. Only two employees who were not so friendly. Waited a long time to be waited on. Menu not good at all. I’m not seeking anything. You asked my opinion & Im giving it.

Had a great trip! Hotel was great! Pillows could have been a little better, but didn’t take away from anything the hotel had to offer! Would stay here again!

I took my girls to see Wicked at the Majestic across the street. The guy working the Valet desk was super helpful and kind. The hotel is lovely on the inside!! The room was pretty nice and clean. Had some trouble with the TV and there was no microwave, but those are really small complaints.

I did not like the fact that they had no parking available for guests of the hotel. It was full of people attending an event. I had a reservation but I had to drive to another parking garage several hundred yards away, which may not sound like a big deal but I am handicapped and have a hard time walking that distance.
I will not stay at this hotel again.
