We were surprised with the lack of cleanliness of the room. I usually inspect as soon as we arrive but I had just had surgery and was tired and groggy. The next morning we noticed blood stains in the comforter and the shower and walls in the bathroom looked splattered with bodily fluids. I am not one to complain, but it was not nice for what we thought we were getting.

The staff was very kind; however, it would have been good to know about the power shutdown on the 3rd of Jan and the lack of an elevator (the 4th floor on the staircase was not a good thing for my mom and Auntie); next time it would be nice to share this info or block the rooms to change hotels with anticipation.

My mom and I stayed at this hotel out of convenience to a doctor appointment. We were so amazed by how nice the accommodations were. We felt comfortable and at ease.

Location good, but took 15 minutes for water to get hot, no microwave in room fridge was off when we arrived and took forever to get cold. Water is so soft that soap does not seem to come off and rub very very very slick! Be careful.

Just not what I would expect from a Hyatt. Room seems cheaply put together. Breakfast was less than appetizing just overall way to expensive for the amenities and room provided
