We made reservations here as we were traveling by train from New Orleans and our trained arrived after midnight. I called ahead to let the manager know we would be checking in late and she indicated no problem. We ended up being even later than we thought and I called again to let them know we were in our taxi and headed to the hotel. THe manager was ready and waiting for us and got us settled in very quickly which we greatly appreciated. Room was very comfortable and clean and on the first floor which was very helpful since we were toting a good bit of luggage, Will stay here again.

The hotel is close to the Alamo Historic Site Museum (park) and within walking distance of the Water Trail Market and the Alamo Historic Site Park. Parking at the hotel is the lowest of any nearby hotels ($16/day). Breakfast only provides snacks and fruit jelly, which is relatively simple to deal with, don't expect to eat well. Hygiene management is not bad. The room was very quiet overnight. Worth travelers to choose to stay in this hotel

Service was great, just a lot of noise comong from the outside and people staying next to us. The toilet is noisy when flushing, and also getting charged a daily parking fee as well.
My 1st and last time booking this hotel.

Very clean roon with only basic furniture. Safe packing area but I dont understand why i had to pay $100 deposit for parking in the hotels parking lot. Than at checkout I was told that the deposit would be returned in 5 days when they took it immediately??!!

Property is not so well maintained. Ok but chargable parking is not good.
I left my charger in the room while checking out whilst rechecking with the front office they are unable to help following lost and found.

The property is what you paid for. It was average clean. Pretty room. No need for anything else. The people complaining wanted free parking. Or a view. It was comfortable. 4 stars across the board.

Room's floor was dusty and dirty. Tables, and tea maker machine were dirty. Towels were not fresh. Overall cleanliness was bad.
