Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk

Less than a ten-minute walk to the Alamo, this hotel has a grand feel, almost like a five-star property. The lobby service, in particular, was exceptional. Surprisingly, breakfast was à la carte instead of a buffet. The room itself was pretty standard, nothing to write home about.

The room is clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the sound insulation is slightly poor but does not affect your rest; the location is good, the River walk is very convenient to the scenic spots, I will stay again if I have the opportunity👍

It was a bit inconvenient to get in and out of the parking lot. Sometimes the hotel key is not recognized, so you have to pay parking fee. I had to pay, but they said I just had to press the call button in that case. When you check out, you can check out, get your card key back, and put it in the return box when leaving the parking lot. There is no bottled water in the room, but they will give it to you if you ask for it at the front desk. As a side note, they do not provide any disposable products other than soap, shampoo, and body wash. There is no way to adjust the bathroom water level at all. ㅠㅠ You can only turn it on and off, and only the temperature can be adjusted. 😅

Booked for the children to attend the competition at the nearby conference center. The location is good.
