Our stay at Motel 6 Fiesta Trails has been great. Wonderful staff, attentive and hospitable. We had car problems one day and staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean and the location is great.

I have NEVER paid a deposit for a motel 6? And they REFUSED to refund it because the door knob came off to the bathroom door (inside) and I got STUCK IN THE BATHROOM. It’s not my fault your maintenance guy didn’t screw the knob in properly! Thank god I wasn’t staying alone. The entire foundation is shifted so there’s gaps and drags in all the door ways. Exposed wires in lighting fixtures. Wouldn’t let me rebook online because I would have to check out then come back at three? What! “Online payment is only for hours 3pm-11am not in between 11am-3pm” Seriously. This is after I was told when I arrived it was going to be $75 PLUS $30 cash deposit for my room but the online booking price was $58 so I booked online and the face I was given was rude when she saw my price. Very untrustworthy all around.

They charge a deposit fee of $50. This wasn’t disclosed anywhere before hand. My non smoking room reeked of tobacco. It was loud and dirty. I better get my deposit back because it was not worth $100

Location was great, it was around a lot of variety of food options and stores. But they need to work better in housekeeping, I stayed at this location for 3 nights and they ONLY came to “CLEAN” my room once. The housekeeper made the bed but didn’t lay down new sheets, They didn’t sweep or mopped the floors they only gave replaced our towels once with clean towels, they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper for the 3 night stay.
