La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio N Stone Oak

We requested baby-crib, but it was first come first served, which we understood. One of the front-desk person looked and eventually found one which made the sleeping arrangements with kids so much better. Thank you!

Unfortunately it is my first time I had a bad experience at La Quinta. Let me start with the positive. The bed was very clean and comfortable and location is convenient to be close to the airport. The negative: now they charge for emotional support animals even with medical documentation. It got worse, the water pressure in the shower was minimal, the sink did not drain properly. My husband tried to iron his shirt and it stained it. There was an old stain on the couch. If they are charging for pets, all pets including emotional support and trained animals, one would think that goes to clean better. Lastly, I always loved La Quinta customer service. This time it was just an interaction and very inflexible. In the past, I have been able to check out a little later. I had two rooms and only needed one to check out later and without any qualms I was just told it was not possible. I know I’m not expecting a 4-5 star service but in my experience with this hotel, the service was always excellent. Sadly that seems to be getting lost. All I was told when I checked out and brought up these issues was “ohh I’m sorry, you are all set”

Friendly, clean and modern, look out to nice view. The murals of San Antonio attractions increase the vacation mood. The hot water in the shower was warm on my stay and no tub stopper. Egg, sausage, cereal, juice, muffins, toasts, bagels and waffles. This is a really convenient location for me in Stone Oak area. In the same parking lot is Costco and plenty of shops in the half mile radius.

My husband and I love this hotel! The staff knows us by face! We frequent this place very often.

Yellow stains on the bedsheets. Room was musty and smelled weird. Loud people all night long. would not stay here again.

Nice updates to hotel, modern decoration and new flooring, paint, lights, bathroom remodel all very fresh new and clean. Always appreciate the La Quinta breakfast included. Great price and would stay again if in the area.

Room was clean, staff friendly. It was just a last minute trip and they accommodated us well.

Very nice hotel. Stayed for a visit for a medical situation. Very clean and quiet location. Not much activity so the morning breakfast was not very well stocked. However it met our needs.
