The amenities were good and the shuttle is available 24/7. The room was nice and there are shops nearby. The shuttle can also take you anywhere is a three mile radius.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We booked the room last minute as our flight was canceled and the property was close to the airport. When we arrived (about 20 minutes after booking), a room was ready immediately. When we walked into the room, there was a musty smell. When I notified the front desk, they immediately relocated us to a different room and notified housekeeping of the smell. The next room was clean and comfortable.

The staff seemed to not want to provide the services that they say they offered. Couldn't access the free HBO Max that's included. Stayed there for 4 days and given that the towels were still dirty and the crumbs under the sink where never cleaned up, I don't think they were cleaning the room. The shuttle is supposed to run every 90 minutes, they got to the airport after we called. Even when I tried to have a shuttle scheduled, i was told that I might not be able to have it because they might need it for UPS and "UPS takes precedent...". I couldn't call the front desk on the phone in my room. No matter what time of day I got the busy signal. The only time I was able to reach anyone was when I called on my cellphone. 4/10

Staff is great, but the hotel is old and needs a remodeling. Fridge froze everything on lowest setting. Shower water pressure was nonexistent. Coffee maker was horrible - tasted like chemicals.

The bathroom had lingering long pieces of hair, the toilet barely flushed, provided only two wash clothes, and the card scanner outside the door was missing the plate. The trim in the room was peeling off.

It took a while to check in, but once we were checked in, everything was great. It was my birthday and the bar staff was excellent.!!!

Our room had a connecting door and neighbors kids were very loud until 3:30 in the morning. Also the shower glass door had a gap from the wall to the door. There was water all over the bathroom. This is the third time we visit this hotel and it has been the worst.

What I did not like is how ******* handled the cancellation I ask for. I know and understand it was not in the time frame of a cancellation but felt I was lied to being told that the hotel did not respond to their email on the cancellation so it was denied. I ask when I arrived why they didn't respond and the young man had no information on this and he credited my account and took care of it. With this being said I will not be using ******* ever again. The reason for the cancellation was illness I am sure glad that the hotel had compassion for its customers.
