Visited San Antonio for the Alamo Bowl and although it wasn't real close, it was a pleasant stay.

the things i didn’t like about my stay at this hotel was, my air conditioner was making a loud funny noise when i put the temperature. overall it was a nice stay i like the fact that it looked like the pictures.

Nice room. Clean and comfortable. TV did not work at all...and front desk couldn't figure it out. Room was fine for the price, breakfast was not good at all though. Location of this room for us made it worth it. It was the closest hotel to the AT& T Ctr.

Our door was broken, it smelled like cigarette smoke inside of our room, the towels had hair on them, the couch was deemed dirty, and the bathroom itself was messy. The front desk told me to pay my deposit in cash so I would get it returned on check out but refused to offer me proof I paid a cash deposit. He became frustrated when I used my debit card and repeatedly said it would take days before it was returned and that I should use cash. I felt very pressured during that experience. We needed a cheaper place for the night, so this helped, but overall I'd never go back.

I will say the photos are outdated because it looks nothing like the outside photos. The room was not horrible you get what you paid for it was decent. There was a huge stain on our floor and the towels you can tell were stained with yellow stains. Our door would not always lock when we left the room so we had to always double check when leaving they took would lock itself.

There was no running water all night so I would not shower or used the restroom and I had to leave the hotel just to use the restroom in the middle of the night and morning.

Super close where we had to be the next morning I also like that they had breakfast in the morning it was pretty good the only thing is having drunk people park next to your car was pretty scary and people bump into one of the poles that was there where you really can't park but they think they can park so they should put a no Parking sign
