Terrible! La Quinta did not have my reservation, and staff did not want to help or resolve this issue.

I don’t see how they can keep the La Quinta name on this property. Its very tired and even one of the La Quinta signs on the front of the building is missing. Landscape hasn’t been kept up. Tub and sink drains are slow. Mirrors and tv screen had smears from being “cleaned “. Lots of patch paint on the walls. Light fixtures are tired and there are no modern USB type connections. Beds were ok.
I booked for 5 adults and the room doesn’t accommodate 5. When i first asked if the room could accommodate 5 the clerk said if im ok with 3 in one bed then yes. I tried to get more clarification and he just repeated.
Glad i took an air mattress.
Cleaning staff was friendly. The checkout clerk was a nice elderly man.

They did not have a room upon my arrival, I was left without a place to stay because they overbooked, huge inconvenience, awful experience.

As soon as I walked in I turn on the lights and there was a roach that was on the shower curtain. There was also roach found on the bathroom counter where the sink is and one on the roof of the living room. I went to complain to the front desk. They moved us into room 140 as soon as I walked in or when I turn on the lamp on the desk where the TV was a baby roach crawled out from under the lamp. I went into the bathroom to look and there was a roach on the ceiling. Then I walked into the office and told them I am not going to try for a third room and they gave me my money back. When I went to the office as I was telling her that the air conditioner didn't work and she was going to send the maintenance man and then I told her about the roaches she was like. Okay, let's get you out of there and then I saw a bug crawl across the counter next to the credit card machine. I definitely will not be staying there

Hotel had ROACHES, UNSANITARY, A/C wouldn’t work, TOILETTE wouldn’t flush, ROOM stunk, MAINTENANCE NEVER answered to guest request of issues in hotel room. That was one LAME excuse of a hotel!

This place was dirty and they gave me a room that had smoke strange when I requested a non smoking room.There was people walking around the premises drinking alcohol, I decided not to stay and cancel the reservation on the spot.
