Stayed for 2 nights, the first room we were in smelled horrible, like cigarettes, and the hotel is a “non-smoking hotel.”
They moved us to a new room, however, it would always take 7 to 8 attempts to open the door with the key card. The door lock system needs to be repaired.
The bathroom door would not close because there was no latch on the door frame. Also, we struggled with the air quality because when we turned the fan on, it smelt like a clogged dusty filter.
The breakfast was the worst La Quinta breakfast we’ve had. We love La Quinta, but this one really needs some improvements. Of course, it was a low price so, I guess you get what you pay for, right?

property is dirty, the shower head is leaking, some area r dusty. Breakfast has limited options, no access to water, coffee machine is unclean. Parking garage does not feel safe. Some staffs are lack of knowleadge n not oriented.
Hotel is more family business style, so limited service.

Manager She took her time to show us all about san antonio rooms were very clean staff is friendly i have stayed in the most expensive hotels in the country.. but the service at this Vance Jackson location was superb

Liked this hotel. I felt the floors were not super clean and there was no carpet. The restroom was okay though. The staff was super helpful.

The cleaning was very good, I stayed for a week and I have no complaints about noise or cleanliness, the man on duty at night was friendly and helpful with a smile 👏 It hurts the manager who is rude in giving answers and ways to resolve doubts, bad experience with her and she doesn't even let me talk, I'm still waiting for my deposit🙏 refund and I do not ask for an apology for this page, I only ask that the attitude towards clients change👍

The property was convenient and inexpensive. But there was no hot water in the am. No ice machine and tv remote would not turn volume up or down.

It was fine for one night but I would not book it again it I didn’t feel safe with my family it was looking run down but the rooms were clean but the outside just didn’t feel safe. No real big issues but I would not book it again

The property is central to everything I needed to do while in San Antonio.Room was comfortable, but seldom used the television because of limited options and volume lock.
The common areas, including lobby, breakfast area, and areas immediately leaving the lobby are in need of a serious update. This should be a priority, because it will set the tone for your expectations of the property.
Shower fixtures were very unwelcoming, as the water spout was not secured to wall.
Overall cleanliness and appearance on the property was lower than I expected for my one week stay. A groundsmen is needed.
Staff was very warm and immediately took care of my requests.

The room was very nice, recently rennovated, and clean. For what i paid for the room, the area the hotel is located in makes sense. Inexpensive = kind of sketchy area. But i was very happy with my night
