When we arrived, we couldn't figure out how to use the remote control. There were no instructions available, to try to troubleshoot the problem on our own. After about 2 hours, we called the front office and were informed that they would send someone to help us. 20 minutes later, we were moved to another room. We were informed that the TV was not working. The walls in the shower stall were dirty. The restroom door was dirty. The carpet had debris throughout the room. Water basin in restroom drained very slowly with low pressure in shower and sink. Wall unit was very loud. We kept the drapes closed because the windows were dirty. When we were checking out, I informed the receptionist that the place needed work and she was proud to say "that we keep up with the place."
