Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk

The facilities are rather old, and the service is just average.

The room was on the top floor, and the air conditioner was ringing all night and could not be adjusted. The location was good, the breakfast buffet was very rich, with snacks, fruits, and smoked salmon, and the breakfast service was very good.

Overall it was clean and the room was spacious, so it was great. I arrived at the hotel early and just wanted to leave my luggage there, but I was grateful that I was allowed to check in. The only problems were that the elevators never came, and even when they did come on the lower floors they were full and I couldn't get on, and there was a line of people waiting for the elevator from below. The hotel is directly connected to the Riverwalk and is close to the Alamo Mission, so it was very convenient. Parking is expensive, so I recommend parking in a cheaper spot nearby.
