I need to talk to customer service - we went to our room and room was like someone had already been there. I would like half refund because I went down to speak to them about their filthy room- they could not resolve the issue o- I am a frequent user of hotel apps and decided to use “TRIP” - was disappointed very disappointed with this Hotel - they would not remedy the situation- we had to leave the hotel 8 and stay somewhere else. Please may I have half my money because I had to pay for another hotel .

There wasn’t too much park near the room. Also stairs to get to our room were a bit further so parking by the stairs ended up being better I guess.

BED BUGS!!! The walls were covered in dirt and residue from whatever was splashed on it by previous people. Fridge and microwave were dirty with roaches crawling in it. Bedsheets had stains and holes. Worst of all? I found a bed bug after waking up! Property still charged me for a night but let me cancel the rest of my trip. Disgusting.
