The property is not clean and infested with roaches. Don't bothering cooking or using the kitchen. The property didn't have hot water. The lady in the front desk was rude and didn't care about the roaches or the fact that there was no hot water. I would not recommend staying there

There was a cockroach in the fridge & blood in the restroom curtain as well as bugs in the floor but overall the stay was nice it’s a nice hotel from inside.

The lady at the front desk was pleasant. The room however was so roach-infested that I had to check out that night. The lady at the front desk offered to move me to another room but this room was so dirty that I didn't want to take a chance with another room. My son had a transplant recently (the purpose of our trip was for a follow-up to his surgery) and we have been instructed to make sure his environment is clean so we left. I don't recommend this place for anyone especially if you are not a fan of unclean places or roaches. I wish I had read the rest of the reviews first because I would have saved myself the cost of a stay that I did not use.

liked-price, location, property layout, safe, availability, reception desk staff quick and friendly even though only one person.
disliked-aroma of non-smoking room, dim, no bedspreads, outside property a bit unkept to include entrance.

My daughter and I stayed here for a month after several bad experiences at many other extended stay motels/hotels. Initially we worried about another bad experience.
I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly all the staff are from maintenance, housekeeping, front desk and all in-between. Felt like family.

There was trash under the bed, cockroaches EVERYWHERE, under the bed, in the shower, on the table. We went for a tan night stay to visit si. Flags and chose this pace cause it was hard flooding and close by… but the conditions are unacceptable. We will not recommend to any of our friends or family. There’s a difference of being outdated and dirty with roaches!
