Great service and prompt!!

This place needs a remodel, ceiling doesn’t work light switch was broken and could’ve led to a hazard .

I never was able too get the free breakfast they promoted on the website for3yrs my clothes and stylo6LG was left by mistake in one of my reservation stays with my husband Mr,Berkholder forgot too put me on the guest leager ,so he left to Florida and i stayed with no phone and locked out from the room he got me.Dishosnety in stealing guests laundry from there laundry room is not as safe t hat i though I miss soo much the old property owners they would have more control of the security floor plan.

the sofa is too old with molds and mildew, bed is uncomfortable and got insect bites, toilet was dirty, faucet on the sink is rusty you could hear outside noise. only stayed one night of 3 booked night and ******* couldnt help get my 2 nights refund even i informed the owner and sent pictures via chat to *******. very poor service to both. why would they poat nice pic and not true

This is a bare bones property which is we what my husband was after. Everything was clean. Several light bulbs were burned out in the room, especially the bathroom and the room was upgraded that included a cute kitchenette. The freezer appeared to have had a soda explode due to freezing and there were remnants of that frozen in the freezer. We learned about five rooms needed light bulb changes from housekeeping. For the price, location, cleanliness, convenience, and price, it was perfect. On a picky note, the door to the room on the inside was peeling badly and had several dents in it.

The only thing that I can complain about is that the Internet was glitching on the TV other than that everything was good

Very Happy The room was super clean. The environment outside was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was extremely clean and it's available 24/7 to it's guests! Very satisfied. Definitely worth a return.

Room was clean but no towels had to get towels from the office no mini fridge

Room didnt have hot water, tub not draining. I reported to front desk, claimed they would be in the next day to fix. Never showed up!!! We also reported room didnt have towels or pillow cases. Overall room was not ready, very unprofessional
