This is the ”TajMahal” to stay at when in Twentynine Palms or the Hi-Desert! We do business trips in the area often and obviously this was missed. Everything was SO clean and modern. Staff were amazing and so extremely helpful! Extra kudos to Shawna, Mona, and Rick at the Front Desk!!!

We been coming to Crestline for over 50 years and have stay at Sleep Hollow several of those times. Most of the time it’s just a day trip, however we decided to treat ourselves and stay over night at our favorite place. Check in and checkout were easy, property management was great. They are working hard to make some improvements. We stayed in Grey squirrel, comfortable little cabin perfect for a couple/friends or small family. I slept on the fold out couch and it was not bad at all In my opinion. Next time we feel like treating ourself we will not hesitate to stay again.

Breakfast is ok, bread can be baked by yourself, soy milk is on the top right side of the refrigerator, it is delicious, room facilities are very good, and the hotel is not a motel, the environment is good, there is a warm pool next to the pool to soak your feet or hot spring , The sparrow has all the small organs ~ the price is very high

I booked a King guest room on the first floor since I saw the good reviews on here. I was really disappointed. Nothing is free here. You pay for $12.00 p/day for parking, no free coffee or continental breakfast, which I knew, but I figured with the per night rate, and all the extra costs, I would be get a good clean comfortable room for my stay. Nope!! High price room for a bathroom that has bad lighting so if you try to put on your make-up good luck, not even a makeup mirror. Yellow'sh bathtub, mold spots on the shower tiles and curtain liner, which a curtain liner is $1.25 at the dollar tree so you would think it would get replaced. Not to mention I also picked up a few hairs from the shower before using it. NO microwave, the TV placement is off if you try watching TV from the bed, and little Kleenex in the box which emptied after a few uses. Overall, not worth it. I could only tolerate 2 nights. for my last night I went to another Hotel really close by which was great!! They have a FREE coffee station near the lobby area, great comfortable clean room, and bathroom with fantastic lighting and a makeup mirror! And a good size Microwave with all the other great amenities. Did I mention a FREE continental breakfast, ALL for a lower room rate. On a good note, the front desk was friendly.

I loved the way the room was out together/ it gave very homey feeling. Smelled really clean and nice. And dishes and silverware was already clean and everything. Love love love it

First impression was not good. There was someone smoking pot in the parking lot when we pulled in and the hotel has this funky smell to it. Also, the hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area w/ the highway right across. So it seems very desolate and uninviting at first. But when you get your room, it's pretty nice. We had a 2 bed room and the beds sheets/pillows were clean and there was enough room for both of us. I was expecting a dungy bathroom but it was nice as well. Good room for the shower and sink/toilet. Also very clean. Yes, there is some funky smells in the rooms that others have pointed out. I'm not sure where it comes from but you smell it and I guess we get use to it. It's not overbearing but a bit of an annoyance. Maybe it comes from the Air Conditioner. But best thing was proximity to the university. You don't need to take the highway from here to get to the university. Side streets and you'll be there in about 10 min time. Price was cheapest in the entire area of hotels. Booked thru Costco Travel. For a 1-3 day visit the hotel will suit your needs.

I've been in this hotel multiple times for various stays and meetings, and has mostly been a solid overall experience. Clean rooms, nice people, decent price. Has a nice little pool area too, surrounded by palm trees and in the shade of the building, very comfy place to lounge. It's not in the most exciting location, nothing in the area to walk to. But close enough to the airport and major shopping areas to take a quick drive. Whenever I'm in town for business, I stay here.
