The room is big and comfortable. AC is quiet. Breakfast is very tasty. But need to pay parking $14.50 for one night.

I I truly  hate having to write this review, but after multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I feel I have no other option. I booked a stay last week due to a funeral. Upon checking out, I immediately realized I had left behind a jacket in the room. This jacket was extremely sentimental to me—it belonged to the person I had just laid to rest and was given to me as a gift. As soon as I noticed it was missing, I called the front desk to notify them. After a lot of back and forth, it became clear that the jacket was never turned in to lost and found. Unfortunately, it appears the housekeeper kept it. There is no possibility that I took the jacket with me—I left the hotel directly to the funeral services and realized the jacket was missing shortly after. What makes this situation even more upsetting is the lack of response. I have been waiting for a call back from a manager for over a week, and not a single phone call has been returned. This is not about the monetary value of the jacket—it is about the sentimental value and what it represented to me during a very difficult time. It is extremely disappointing and heartbreaking that this situation was handled so poorly and without any accountability or follow-up. Because of this experience, I am leaving this review in hopes that management takes situations like this seriously in the future.

Double tree Hilton is a great hotel to stay at. The staff was very kind and courteous. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and they had great amenities! I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was good, so I booked an extra night. The price was higher on weekends, but it was acceptable. The room was cleaned every day, which is good compared to other American hotels of the same level.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient for parking. There is a large parking lot at the door. You have to pay extra when you swipe your room card when you go out. You pay when you check out on the last day. The room is clean and generally okay.

There are many restaurants nearby and the transportation is convenient
