The room is acceptable, yet the hotel price is extremely high. Prices around San Francisco are inflated, with comparable hotels costing 20%-30% more here than in other areas.

The room smelled horrible. The tub is tiny and smelled bad. not clean and only provided two towels. Everything smelled horrible. Arrived at the property at 4 and still our rooms were not ready. had to wait in our car until they finished "cleaning". The room and bathroom smelled horrible. Never again staying at this place . Do not recommend

This property is in extremely poor condition. The armchair in my room was very dirty with a large stain, the bathtub was moldy, and the shower rod was covered in rust, which left red dust all over the top of the curtain. Additionally, the TV did not work; I reported it to the staff, but it was never fixed. I requested a room change immediately, but management did not move me until my final day. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. The door had a large gap that let in loud street noise all night, the bathroom was moldy, and the carpet under the door was cut poorly, preventing the door from closing properly. There was a dried wash cloth left by previous guest on the top of the shower curtain.

The room was just adequate. Nothing special. The cleaning between days was non existent- they took used towels, but did not make the bed, leave new towels, replace coffee or cups. Staff was moderately helpful, but not up to expected hotel standards. This hostelry can be compared to a low end Motel 6.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this place had the worst beds. Extremely uncomfortable.

STAY AWAY! We were given a room with used and dirty bed sheets. There was a bunch of hair on the bedsheets and it looked like they didn’t bother changing them from the previous person who stayed there. They refused to provide a clean comforter. The chair was also stained and the phone didn’t work. The manager was extremely rude and said I was disturbing his sleep, when I asked for new comforter that night. I was told I would get a refund but they won’t answer any of my calls. ******* will also not help you as the property refuses to answer any calls from *******. Shame on ******* for keeping this property listed when consumers are being scammed. The area is also not the best, had a bunch of drunk and high men hanging around.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel experience I have ever had. The room was absolutely filthy from the moment I walked in. There was blood on the bed sheets and walls, hair in the sink, dirty towels left behind, makeup on the peep hole, stained furniture throughout the room, and rusting fixtures that made the entire place feel neglected and unsanitary. It looked like the room had either not been cleaned at all or cleaned with complete indifference. The blood spots were enough for me to get me out of there asap. What made the experience even worse was the front desk clerk's response after letting him know the state of the room. After seeing these conditions, I immediately checked out because there was no way I was staying in a room that filthy and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, the owner refused to offer any refund whatsoever, saying "We don't offer refunds". Charging guests for a room in that condition is unacceptable especially becuase I was in the room just long enough to document the condition of the room and leave. This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or basic customer service. If this is the standard they consider acceptable for paying guests, especially for a room they were charging $180 a night for, people should think very carefully before booking here. I will never be back to this place for clear reasons and would strongly warn others to avoid it. The pictures speak for themselves. DO NOT STAY HERE

Nats in the sink &room all 3 days. Both microwave and fridge has broken features. Missing tiles, furniture in bad repair. Mattress smaller than base, causing stubbed toes and shins multiple times. No black out curtains. Room was never close to fully dark. Hot water unpredictable. Shower first two days only tepid. Got decent temp last morning but it flutuated wildly. King room only had 3 standard pillows, two bath towels, and one hand towel. No wash cloths. Coffee cups for in room coffee only 4 oz .... didn't bother as I did not trust the cleanliness of the maker. The toilet paper roll holder was broken with TP just placed on tank. Pictures on Hotel com show a breakfast room with waffle makers, assorted cereal and such. There is a sign outside the breakfast room stating hours. There is no breakfast offered. I asked when I was surprised by an empty room. Went back to listing....in fairness, it isn't listed but it is shown. The chair in the room still had crumbs on it and was dirty. I did discover the back leg of it was at an odd angle and decided to just use it for my suitcase as there was no luggage rack. The bed and bedding as far as it went was comfortable. It was quieter than I expected but I don't plan on going back.

The jetted tub had black mold on filters and jets as well as on the shower curtain. When turning on the hot water, it took about 10 minutes to get warm. It would have been nice to have a better description of the tub, the pictures posted does not do it justice. Bed quality could be better and pillows were very flat.
