Terrible check in experience! The team do not spread English not even a word. Very slow handling
Even after booking the room the price is not clear.
Initially we received probably the worse room possible not rinocated on the first floor. Not even close to the picture on ******* web site…
After complaining, very difficult with the language barrier and huge inconvenience they replaced to another room on the roof floor. It’s ok but several infrastructure issues…
The room is so hot, the bath water can is broken…

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Es war etwas schwierig die Einfahrt für den Parkplatz zu finden. Diese ist gleich bei dem Hotel. Wir hatten zweimal eine Übernachtung an verschiedenen Tagen. Das Zimmer war so weit in Ordnung, Allerdings hätte mal eine Renovierung vorgenommen werden können. Jeder hatte einen Gutschein für ein Getränk bekommen. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Man hat uns für das Abenessen ein gutes Restaurant empfohlen, was auch nicht so spät öffnet. Beim Geldtauschen hat man uns empfohlen dieses auf der Straße zu erledigen. Das war schon etwas sehr ungewöhnlich für uns war, hat aber prima geklappt. Man spricht Englisch oder nutzt den google Übersetzer.

Excelente ubicacion, mala atencion, poca predisposicion. El desayuno no te lo dejan tomar antes de las 7 y si decis q tenes q ir antes y pedis vianda, se patean la pelota y no te dan nada. Si decis q tenes q tomarlo antes porque perdes el viaje, te dicen y bueno. 😡Llegas y ya te exigen q pagues las noches restantes aún cdo no te dejan entrar xq es antes del check in. Quieren q desayunes ahi cdo llegas para cobrartelo. Una toalla tenia dos agujeros. No tiene luz en el centro de la habitacion ( solo al ingreso y 3 veladores q tenes q tener prendidos al mismo tiempo si no no se ve nada. Tiene un enchufe en el baño y uno debajo del escritorio q te tenes q tirarte al piso para usar el cel mientras lo cargas. La ducha la tenes q abrir 20 minutos antes para q se caliente el agua. En lugar de regalar un huevo de pascuas a cada uno, hacen un sorteo. Falta atencion y servicio. Dan factura. No tuve problema de robos ( vi comentarios anteriores en ese sentido y tenia miedo pero no me paso) te dan una tarjeta para abrir la puerta y la devolves al irte.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo às lojas, restaurantes, casas de câmbio e aluguéis de roupas para neve. Quartos amplos, com calefação, café da manhã bem servido, porém com apenas um elevador, e por isso, acabamos usando somente as escadas.

El hotel tiene una estupenda ubicación céntrica, casi al lado de la calle principal y muy cerca del lago. Personal amable y hospitalario. Habitaciones suficientemente cómodas, aunque con baños un poco antiguos. Tiene parking propio, lo que es especialmente cómodo si vienes en coche. Desayuno buffet con algo de fruta, tostadas, cereales y bollería. En general, una buena opción en relación calidad precio en esta ubicación.

Excelente alojamiento centrico, habitaciones amplias, comodas y aseadas; muy buena ubicacion con facilidad de acceso al transporte publico; atencion inmejorable. Desayuno abundante. Ambiente familiar. Sala de espera finamente ambientada y decorada. Recomensable.

Excelente ubicación, servicio y ubicación, el hotel es muy confortable, las instalaciones, habitación y baño está muy modernizado a pesar de ser un edificio antigüo, se siente moderno y cómodo, el desayuno solamente podría variar un poco más.
