"Both the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. As for the en-suite room we were given, it was truly beautiful. It lacked nothing. Perhaps an electric oven. But it was very well-equipped for three people. The view from the suite is incredible. The problem I had was with the temperature. I was informed that the air conditioning wasn't working. The boiler, for the first few days, was blowing extremely hot air, despite selecting the lowest temperature setting on the control panel. Suddenly, from one day to the next, we started feeling cold. The temperature dropped to 16 degrees Celsius. I spoke to reception, and they brought me a convector heater, which worked perfectly. I also reported that the radiant floor heating was no longer as hot as before, and that the hot shower water no longer needed to be mixed with cold water as it had been the first few days. The wall had noticeable signs of a broken pipe, and I think that was the source of the problem. Furthermore, only on the last day did they leave me a towel that was completely tattered. Note for people with mobility issues. To reach the apartments from reception, you have to walk up a steep stone path and then go up or down 4 or 5 steps to access the corresponding hallway. If you have a car, you can park directly in that area, go down or up the stairs, and you're almost inside. Breakfast is served in the room. It never changes, unless you request a change in the drinks, but the food is always the same: croissants, cakes, cheese bread, white bread with cheese and jam, ham and cheese, yogurt with granola, and juice. I find it convenient to have breakfast in my room. Alternatively, there are some delivery services that come to the area and leave the food at your door. A lifesaver in my case."

The hotel is older and at the center of everything which is convenient for the first time visitors to Bariloche. The rooms on the street side can be very noisy, but you can request for the quieter side."

"It's not that close to the center, so in high season it can be a little difficult as transportation becomes more difficult. It has a wonderful view of Lake Nahuel, the accommodation is not the most modern but it has the comfort of a country house."
