We were given a room with a window facing a wall, and the air conditioning was completely broken – it made too much noise, so we just kept it off for our entire stay, which was fine since the weather wasn't too hot. The curtains were also broken; we reported it after checking in, but no one came to fix them before we checked out. The hotel's location is good, very close to Little Italy with lots of great food options nearby, and not far from the USS Midway Museum. However, I won't be booking this hotel again on my next trip to San Diego.

Warning! This hotel is too far from San Diego. I specifically cancelled my Los Angeles hotel reservation to stay one night in San Diego, but it's a half-hour drive from downtown, so I couldn't do anything there. It's in a neighboring city, so please avoid this hotel. The room I was given was right next to the street, and I had to drag two large suitcases a long way to get there. I was too lazy to change rooms. This hotel isn't usually full, so the service is generally poor. The air conditioning was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep at night. The bathroom facilities were also very basic. The coffee machine was okay. The hotel breakfast I ordered had very limited variety: just fries, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, bread, bacon, and sausage. I spent several hundred dollars more, but it was just average. The hotel is also quite old, and the facilities aren't new. Overall, I don't recommend it, especially the hotel and room locations. Please make the hotel location clearer on Ctrip. It's not in downtown San Diego at all, which is the most important thing! Facilities: Average Cleanliness: Okay Environment: Remote
The location is close to the old town of San Diego, the transportation is convenient, take the children to play in the Sea World, it takes about 5 minutes to drive from the hotel, it is very convenient. The room is large, but there is no kettle, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Overall good!

The hotel was really nice. I loved the entrance space it was very spacious. I also liked that it was free parking all around the property even the garage. You're close to pretty much everything. My favorite thing about the hotel would be the bathroom it was marvelous. Definitely different than what was on the site which was amazing.
