Step inside and relax in a cozy family room featuring a fireplace and a large screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessities you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze on the balcony, which also boasts a convenient propane BBQ for cookouts. The first floor of our condo offers a comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a detached full bathroom with shower. Additionally, a laundry room is available on the first floor. Continuing to the second floor, you'll discover the comfort of two master bedrooms, each featuring a plush king-sized bed, en-suite full bathrooms, and walk-in closets, providing ample storage space for your belongings. One of the master bedrooms has a balcony. For your entertainment needs, all bedrooms are equipped with TVs featuring Roku devices, offering access to a wide range of streaming services, so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies during your downtime. For those that need to do a little remote work, workspace is available. The rooftop patio is a hidden gem, accessible via stairs from the second floor. This private patio provides the perfect setting for relaxation or dining under the sun or stars and offers a picturesque backdrop of the bay.
