Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols. Internet speed is 500 Mbps. The Space: For sleeping arrangements, both bedrooms have queen size beds plus a crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Private outdoor patio with BBQ and seating for 6. Driveway Parking. This spacious condo is perfect for a family of 3-5 or two couples looking for a beach getaway! The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip Keurig coffeemakers, coffee grinder, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, washer and dryer and detergent. Provided beach gear includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, and wagon. Pack light if you are vacationing with little ones. We offer a portable crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and stroller (double stroller upon request). We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. So sorry that we cannot accommodate animals of any type due to health concerns among our staff and guests. The Neighborhood: Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round.
