Bayfront Bliss 2

Land is a premium The property manager was awesome. They let us in a few hours early. Beds were amazing. Property was one of three apartments in a house. We were on the ground floor. Patio was “private” with another right next to us and another right above, so no private conversations. Book the top floor. Lots of kids since this is on the bay side so we heard tons of footsteps. Internet was slow with all the folks online I guess. The host was great and Mission is just super dense with property and people all wanting to enjoy the beach.

Great rental on the Bay! House was in a great location, clean and worked out perfect for us! Note: that it is only a 1.5 bath not a 2 bath so we did have to share the shower. Communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay there! Would book again!

Great location and unit The unit had everything we needed for our weeklong stay over the holidays. Located right on the beach on the bay side in Mission Bay it is a great location. We had some minor issues but the owner shared his phone number and was very responsive and addressed everything promptly. There are two details the listing didn’t make clear. The unit has 1.5 baths not 2 full bathrooms and the washer/dryer is at the condo property but not in the unit. Not a big deal. I would note the parking spot is perfect for a compact car and if you have a large SUV, you should speak with the owner about whether it will fit. Again, the 2 bedroom unit had what we needed and the location is on a nice walking path, within walk to Belmont Park and some restaurants in the area. Mission Bay has lots of great shops and restaurants so this was a good home base to get to eateries, Sea World, La Jolla, and all the sites.
