The kitchen is modern with upgraded stainless appliances, marble counter tops, drip coffee maker, and a blender. There are three seats at the counter so you can easily spend time with friends and family. The primary suite is a peaceful ocean side retreat. Relax in this spacious room with a King bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom has fabulous features and a perfect layout. Enjoy the convenience of a dual sink vanity while getting ready and a luxurious walk-in shower with three shower heads. The soaking tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of playing in the sun. The soft lighting in this area further accents the peaceful blue and gray tile work. The guest bedroom has a Full under a Twin bunk and a pull-out Twin Trundle. For the children's entertainment this room has a TV with cable. The guest bath has also been remodeled with a freshly tiled walk-in shower. SLEEP ACCOMODATIONS: Primary - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Full Bed under Twin Bunk with Twin Trundle Parking Can be difficult in the Mission Beach Area. This condo has designated parking within a shared four car garage. The left side of the garage is available for guests of this unit with dimensions of the designated parking space approximately 6ft 8in High X 8ft Wide X 31ft 3in Deep. No smoking or pets allowed on the premises. This home, like many coastal homes, does not have air conditioning. No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests and can sleep 6 in beds, assuming two people share the full-size bed. This home is located on the 2nd floor and has stairs to the front door. Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are before booking. Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover. All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS.
