Reviews of San Diego Marriott Del Mar

The room was nice, the breakfast was nice, but the service was not user-friendly. We stayed for two days, then planned to go to New York for three days, and then come back for five days. We asked in advance that we could store our luggage, but on the day we left, the front desk did not allow us to store our large suitcases. We asked the manager but it was not allowed. We did not have time, and the car to pick us up at the airport was waiting outside. The plane would not wait for us either. We could only drag our large suitcases to the airport. Because the weight was not right, we had to pack the luggage separately, and finally arrange for it to be checked in and taken to New York. The hotel is more business-oriented, with a bar downstairs and a coffee shop at the door. It is a domestic three-star hotel, but it is actually a four-star hotel. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers.

The hygiene is very good. The restaurant is also delicious.
