Quiet pleasant place, tried drink at mosaic bar in the lobby area but that was terrible. Reception was very rude. I request deposit can be pay in cash as it’s just deposit. So stubborn must need credit card that was so annoying

Horrible experience ever! The hotel had no hot water... at least 10 people in the lobby asking to speak to the manager, they had no answers for us and I had to take an ice cold shower. Manager stated I would be given a full refund and so far 10 days later no refund received!

The air conditioning equipment in the room was extremely noisy. The corridor outside was also flooded. The equipment was running and the whole room was unable to sleep. I negotiated with the front desk to change rooms. The front desk disagreed and said that it was full. I called an equipment technician to repair it, but he said it couldn't be repaired. The second time I checked in, I was given a room on the 3rd floor. After swiping my card to enter, I found that the headboard of the bed and the wall had moved a certain distance (as shown in the picture). I asked the front desk in confusion and found that the phone was broken. I finally found someone and said this The room is under maintenance, please wait. I said I wanted to rest now and they changed my room to the 4th floor, which was much better. You have to ask for the refrigerator and microwave in the room and they will bring them to you. During my stay, the front desk helped me collect a courier, but I couldn't find it. The next day, I adjusted the monitoring and the front desk helped me find it. Parking fee is 20 yuan per night. If you check out a few days in advance due to unforeseen circumstances, one cent of the room fee will not be refunded. In short, don't come.
