Days Inn by Wyndham San Diego Hotel Circle

Everything else according to my expection but I book with breakfast for 4, but they didnt serve with excuse coz of pandemi but give no compensation.

Everything was good with the room except the pillows were not comfortable. But other than that it was great.

There is a hidden charge of $20 for parking. Staff told me there would be someone in the office at 3am for a Receipt but there was not. 1 star

Pretty loud during weekdays in the mornings while workers are working around the propert but quiet at nights

When we arrived we found out that the pool had been closed. The add said parking available we didn't know there was a $10 per night fee. the first morning we got up to shower and there was no water pressure in the shower so you had to splash water on from the tub faucet to remove the soap. After talking to the front desk we were to that maintenance would be sent to make repairs. Upon returning late that night i checked the shower and nothing had been done. the next morning we talked to the front desk, the said they would send maintenance up. We waited when he showed up he said there was a gasket stuffed inside the pipe upon removing it we had pressure. After this for the next 3 days they didn't clean our room. After contacting the front desk they said that we had probably put out our don not disturb sign or that we must have had a pet. the customer service was horrible. Upon our checkout we asked to speak to the manager who was helpful in removing the parking fee. She also said she would give us a free night at a Wyndam property anywhere we wanted to use it. I haven't seen that yet. I hope we can get this rectified. We have always had great luck With Wyndam in the past. I will never stay here again and will share that sentiment with my friends and family
