Sheraton San Diego Resort

Stayed for four nights in July. I lost my credit cards and other cards during my stay. Half an hour later, another hotel guest found them and handed them to the hotel staff, who then returned them to me. Thumbs up!

The location is super convenient, really close to the airport. The facilities are great and everything is so clean. It's also close to many tourist attractions, so Uber rides weren't expensive at all. I'd definitely visit again!

I was prompted to leave a review after my stay, so here it is. I heard that Atour hotels in Sanya were over 3,000 RMB during Chinese New Year, and honestly, this so-called Sheraton felt like an Atour in the US on Valentine's Day – definitely not worth the price! The room they gave me was on the first floor, actually a level below the main lobby floor (L floor). It was down a long corridor with rooms on both sides, felt just like a quarantine facility during the pandemic. The room's amenities were old, very old, extremely old! There were no slippers or toothbrushes, and the soundproofing was terrible. In short, it bore absolutely no resemblance to a Sheraton! It was a last-minute decision to go to San Diego, and it happened to be Valentine's Day, so I had no choice but to book this hotel. I never expected it to be this bad. Avoid at all costs! 🔔

This hotel is very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes that takes guests directly there without needing a reservation – super convenient. The hotel's environment is lovely, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. If you're driving, though, be aware that parking costs $55 USD per day.

The hotel is a four-star (on a scale of five). The good points are a decent cafe and beautiful views.

The room facilities and service were excellent. The view from the window was stunning, with sailboats on the sea. Just a heads-up for those driving: parking is quite expensive at $55 (parking $50, tax $5).

The room door couldn't be locked, and the in-room phone was out of service, so I couldn't make any calls or contact the front desk. The air conditioning was also broken.

Stayed with my mom, and the room was great with a lovely ambiance. The only issue was the communication between the front desk and security; my passport was left at the front desk, and security had it, but the front desk didn't seem to know.
