Great view, good food at Blue restaurant. Having amenities.

Excellent location, with a sea view right from the window, and the service was warm and welcoming.

It is a 3 star hotel and that’s what you get. The room is adequate but it’s quite bare for what you are paying. Body wash had run out, there was no toothbrush or slippers, lights were quite dim, the fan didn’t work. The room shows its age. Nevertheless, it is in a very scenic location. You’ll need to rent a car to take full advantage

It was a great experience for staying in Best Western Plus at Shelter Island. The location is lose to the airport, the old town and lots of scenic sites. Strong recommend.

Ok long lines close to early

It's in a great location on a leisure and vacation island with hundreds of yachts nearby. The scenery is fantastic, and it's convenient for walking and jogging. However, the room was a bit old and had a slight musty smell, so it needed to be ventilated for a while. Fortunately, there were doors and windows at the front and back, so ventilation was smooth.

The hotel is very big, and it takes some walking distance from the lobby to where you stay. The facilities are generally old, but it is still quiet.

The shower water is cold. There is no service. The kettle is not provided. Parking is charged. When I renewed my reservation for one day, I was not told that I needed to check in again. I was told that I needed to check in again when I couldn't get into the room. Very bad experience

I went to San Diego on a business trip and found a small hotel like a motel. A very bad experience was that the parking lot was right in front of the room... There were noises as I walked by, and the hotel check-in was slow. Although the room is old, it is clean. What I don't understand is that there is no mineral water in the room. You have to buy it separately. You have to go to the front desk to buy it because of the room service. The harbor outside the hotel and the yacht dock behind it are plus points. The scenery is beautiful and it is safe to live here. The room rate does not include breakfast. It is recommended that you have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food is really good! delicious! !

The hotel is located on a peninsula next to Shelter Island Marina, a yacht pier. It has charming scenery and elegant environment. You can enjoy the sunset at the door of the sea view room, and you can see the aircraft carriers of the naval base from the sea in front of the lobby. There are good seafood restaurants in the town and the hotel restaurant is also very good.

The room is on the seaside. The scenery is very beautiful. The lobby is grand. I sat on the seaside with a yacht for breakfast and was basking in the warm sunshine. It was very comfortable. However, the air conditioning and heating were very loud and noisy. The overall experience was satisfactory👍

The room had a view of the coastal parking lot, was clean, and was a hotel not far from downtown San Diego.

I was very dissatisfied. I paid the hotel 25 dollars in cash for the parking fee, and then deducted 25 dollars from the credit card deposit. I entrusted Ctrip to assist with the process. After more than a month of processing, there was still no feedback. I have never seen such poor service.
