Very clean, a little older but you can tell owner is trying to update. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Place was very clean, just could use paint and a few minor cosmetic repairs. Shower/tub was clean, no wires smells. Very convenient for CBX crossing. It is right off freeway so convenient but a little noisy. Will stay again.

Over all it was good. Everything you expect from a motel. Our room’s dead bolt lock was missing but this was offset by the location which was close to McDo and other restos. Staff were courteous and professional. Vicinity was also clean.

The room and cleanliness were fine.
Negatives are the unrelenting freeway noise, along with nighttime noise from resident weirdos that blast their car radio and music system.
Speaking of weird, although the staff is helpful, having them lock themselves into their reception area - even during the day - is quite guest-unfriendly. If they are that fearful maybe they should find another line of work? Or hire security so they can act like a real motel-hotel? It is the Hospitality Industry.

It was close to CBX clean. But very limited dining options other than fast food. A little scratchy area but nothing alarming.

This hotel has really underwhelmed me… The inside of the room looks like something that you would put a person going into witness protection in… Really disappointed in the room…
