It was a great stay! We had no problems! The parking structure is pretty tight so I think that was the only con.

I feel very happy that my room has a kid's room with bunk bed. They love the bunk bed very much except the above bed has low frame which I'm worried about the safety. I have to sleep with my kid in case she fell down in sleeping. And my room is near the elevator, so the noise is a little big. And the mattress is too soft. Others are very good.

Found the hotel to be in reasonable condition for short weekend stay with good service. Driveway and drop-off area is a bit awkward; a different elevator was out of commission each day and this was the worst part of our stay.

1st room-toilet flushed but didn’t fill back up with water. The pull out couch broke. Manager upgraded us at no extra charge.
2nd room, sink drained slow and stopped up. They did fix it quickly while we went for breakfast.
Would not stay there again.

Room size was great. Staff was friendly. We had a problem with shower that could not be fixed and we were required to move. Having 2 babies this was a bummer. Was disappointed there was a delivery charge and additional service fee for delivery of food from internal restaurant. Overall nice. Would stay again and recommend.

Bldg is starting to see it's wear n tear. Elevators are a little dated and the shower head in room had very low pressure.

Room was in poor condition had a old smell bathroom was in vary poor condition with rotting walls from water damage and door frames rusting definitely time for a remodel or lower the price will not be staying there in the future wasn’t worth the money and parking fee!
