Good service with the receptionist man and AC technician.

Perfect location in the middle of San Diego with easy access to most freeways. Clean room and comfy beds. Nice pool area. Parking is secure but with an extra charge. The only downside is the breakfast, boring with only a few varieties, no vegetables or cheese or ham/turkey, only 1 type of eggs which is scrambled.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Bed is very comfy. However, Room itself is abit outdated and shower water temperature is abit unstable. Window is thin, i can hear clearly the highway

Very low quality for Sheraton standarts, I was really surprised. You can stay somewhere much nicer with this cost

My family had a good time staying at your hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful.

Extremely old hotel. Amenities were too old. Sheets were not clean because it had all the wrinkles , looks like they didn't change bedsheets We had to change the room because no heat is coming out from the ventilation even with 84F. They said the ventilation is broken.. And after changing to another room, lighting problem occurred and we made our complaints to from desk but nothing they could do because it was fully booked. At the end, we decided to check out at 11pm. Awful experience!

Not up to the mark of a Sheraton. Dated room, can hardly pull bathroom door, kits missing. Tv like that of 80’s and channels flickering, evening receptionist not welcoming just one liner replies.

I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel. They charge a $500 deposit, which, combined with my total bill of $1,000, exceeded my credit card limit of $1,300. As a result, I could only pay for 4 out of the 7 nights, totaling $790. My friend had to cover the remaining 3 nights, but his card was charged $1,600! The hotel’s receipt logic is very confusing; it’s unclear how much was charged to each card and what those amounts correspond to. After checking out on October 18, I was told my payment would be refunded, but as of today, November 2, I still haven’t received any notification regarding the refund. This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. If you’re not concerned about high deposits and the potential for delays in refunds, you might feel comfortable staying here. Otherwise, I would recommend looking for a different hotel.

Hotel was in an idea location, very close to shopping, eating, and other popular San Diego attractions! Hotel receptionists in person and on the phone were very rude but other than that it was a pleasant stay! Room was clean and did the job!

This place is cleaned, close to the Zoo. You will need a car. Will definitely book again in the future.
