The room and hygiene are average, the location is good, but the service is poor. The front desk clerk seemed to owe her millions, she was cold. Especially at night, there was only someone to answer the phone: Since there was only a thin blanket in the room, it was quite cold at night, I wanted to add a blanket, but I made 3 calls and waited for more than 20 minutes before it was delivered. I will not stay here again.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of San Diego, the staff is very friendly. They kept our suitcases for us on the day of checkout until the evening. The hotel has a terrace with a 270° view of downtown San Diego, you can see the sunset and the planes landing at the airport. There is a coffee maker so you can have the coffee you want. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Front desk manager who has been with company for over 30 years was the best! Great recommendations, free upgrade to a nice suite. So even though the hotel showing a little age, the service put this at a 10/10

$40 valet parking. It is noisy at night because of the area but good location and love the suite room and rooftop.

I loved the property. The furnishings are a little aged, but the cleanliness, and ease of use was excellent. I was upgraded into a little suite, and I found the room and space really welcoming and comfortable.

Music from the night club next door was so loud it kept me up every night until 3AM. Trash trucks showed up at 4:30 with their beeps.
